Everyone is always very kind, Shradha is extremely good at administering needles I never feel a thing!
First off the staff here are great. The lady that did the blood draw was so smooth and painless, I haven't noticed it after either. Blame the system. Blame the company. Your appointment will be delayed at least 30 minutes. The walkin estimated time is also comically incorrect add 45 min to what it says. Thank the Alberta government for this 100M disaster, bailing out the attempt at privatization with dynalife.
I've been going here for the past three years and have always had a friendly, professional experience. I highly recommend this place 🙂 a huge thank you to all the workers.
