I recently visited Fusion Collision the on the 34 Ave and had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. The receptionist, a woman named Kajal, was extremely unhelpful and negative in her responses to my questions. She repeatedly questioned why I didn’t want to purchase the part directly from the dealership, which felt inappropriate and unnecessary. This is the worst service I’ve had in a long time. brought my jeep in for repair after being rare ended. It took forever for the parts to come in ,finally they requested the car be brought in on May 5th , on a May 14th they called saying the car is ready. Got there to pick up and the bumper was still damaged. I was told by the estimator that my dumper tricked him because he didn’t realize it came in pieces. If you want a bad job done. This is the place to go. Almost 2 months to get a bumper repair. First we were told the vehicle is ready. Went to pick the vehicle up and the bumper had damage in multiple spots. Went back the second time for pick up, and the bumper still had dings and marks in multiple spots.
