I've had great results with this camp, losing almost 70lbs in the last 2 years. Brandy is wonderful! She is a nutritionist & trainer, she's certified in corrective training & personalizes the group training to meet the needs of her clients. It is a supportive, women only atmosphere. She will give you all the tools you need to live a healthier, happier life. She is great with all sizes, ages, and fitness levels.
