I requested a tour on their website and used their form. They had three units I’d like to tour and I selected one of them on their form. I drove to the complex and they said they only had the demo apartment available which I wasn’t even interested in. The apartment they said wasn’t ready and would take a week to see even though it was vacant. Absolutely ridiculous..what a waste of time. Edit1: I called to figure out their “solution” and it was to book another appointment. I wasn’t helped in any way.

I recently had a problem with my heater, and the supervisor (Leon) was there within a few hours to help. Leon was incredibly professional, courteous and diligent in his work. While the issue was more complex than originally thought, Leon had a fantastic team of specialists there in just a few hours to resolve it. I never write reviews, but can’t emphasize enough how appreciative I am of the effort Leon put in to fixing this issue late on a Friday afternoon. It’s people like this that make you appreciate living here. Thanks!
