Beware hiring for anything besides straight tile work. If they tell you they can handle a full reno don't do it. The communication and organization to complete our master bath reno was not good at all and we were basically left with half a remodeled room. There was a giant hole left in the wall where a tub was removed it was too late to fix after prematurely installing the vanity. Joe's team is very professional and they do really, really good work. We all know there's no such thing as perfection, and while mistakes can happen, how a contractor handles those mistakes often says more about their integrity than anything else.
