I’ve been counting down the days to be released from renting through Fuse Property — which probably tells you everything you need to know. In short: disorganised, unresponsive, and at times genuinely concerning in how tenant issues were handled. 1. Inspection Report Inspection finally happens in November… for a lease that started in January. That’s not late, that’s archaeological. The report itself? Never sent. Never signed. Just vanished.
