Zoe is unbelievably unprofessional and rude. Zoe was caught out lying directly to a tenant and now will not respond to emails and the bond has still not been released. Do not use this company. In response to the owners response to my review- THIS MATTER WAS NEVER REVIEWED. We do not have one email from you! Yet you are able to respond with more lies to a public review. The “external professionals” did not even enter the property and you were send physical evidence of this.
