I just wanted to say a BIG thank you to the Fuse Property team after recently moving interstate and out of a rental managed by Zoe and her team. I found them to be reliable, proactive, straightforward, really easy to deal with, and unexpectedly fun. When I move back to the area I will definitely reach out to the team for help with another property.
Until recently I had been renting through Fuse Property for about 3 1/2 years. Zoe was always friendly, helpful and acted quickly if repairs or maintenance needed to be done. Would recommend!
Unprofessional, defensive, and quick to shift blame. Will give instructions, then claim you were wrong for following them. Hides behind legalities instead of taking accountability—when all that’s needed is an apology and clear next steps. Truly disappointing.
