I recently had an EV charger installed and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Juslav. He arrived right on time demonstrating great punctuality and professionalism. Not only did he complete the installation quickly but he also took the time to educate me on how the EV charger works ensuring I felt confident using it. I had a really great experience working with Allen D. from Fuse. He was a really kind person and seemed very diligent in his craft. I had to install a new hvac system in a condo which is not an easy job from what I’ve been told. Allen worked stayed late two nights in a row to make sure that job finished on time. He was very thorough in his testing afterwards, making sure that the air was blowing through all vents. Whenever I asked questions, Allen would do his best to answer. Fuse Service did a number of projects at our new house including electric panel upgrade, tesla charger installation, smart thermostat installation. Overall, the company did the projects in a timely and organized manner, exactly as quoted, and with reasonable price. The electrical work lead technician Vitalii was knowledgeable, respectful and patient and took time to explain the work and answer my questions in detail.
