This is by far the WORST company ever...DO NOT USE THEM! They cancel appointments, send technicians who have no idea what they are doing, take multiple visits to do a completely terrible job and are super rude! We hired them to service our water softener and they actually asked us if we could Google the owners manual for them. And that is not even the worst part! We just received our water bill and it was $1749 due to their complete incompetence! Let me repeat myself...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!
Steven came to our house in mid April and did an outstanding job to repair our garage sink clog. We were in a dire situation since it was backing up from the sewer. He was very polite, professional,and effective. I hope to work with him again in the future and he is definitely a bright and talented part of the Fuse team. Thank you Steven!
I can’t say enough good things about Fuse HVAC! My AC broke down right in the middle of a heatwave, and I was sweating bullets trying to find someone reliable to fix it. Fuse came to the rescue and totally exceeded my expectations. I called them up, and they had a tech out to my place the same day—talk about fast service! The technician, Alex, was super knowledgeable and walked me through exactly what was wrong with my unit. He had it up and running in no time, and the house was cool again before I knew it. Zorik did an amazing job and had great communication skills! He showed up during the appointment window and quickly got to work. He troubleshooted and solved a difficult electrical issue that we were having. By the time he left, everything was working properly!
