Had my AC repaired yesterday. The technician replaced the start capacitor and the unit is now working fine, so the outcome is good. However, the communication could be improved. There was no discussion about the root cause of the problem or confirmation before replacing the part — it was just done directly without consulting me. Also, I felt the price was on the higher side compared to expectations. Overall, the repair was successful, but better transparency and customer communication would make the service much better.
