Do not use this company. I had an appointment which I called the day before to confirm. No one bothered to show up or even call to explain. Left several messages requested an explanation as to the no show and the owner still has not called me back. I am out 3 hours for work and no service done. Would not recommend this company. Horrible customer service.
If I could give ZERO stars I would because Jose,who is the owner flat out lied about coming out to my property after I waited 2 hours for him and did not return my call or the rep with American home warranty who left a message for him as well to call me back..I finally got a hold of him 2 hours later only to lie and tell me a tech came out and I was not there when I was there the entire time. He said he could not come back today and wouldnt be able to come out until Monday..2 days later when I have not been able to use anyth... read more
