I have been without hot water for over two weeks. Fuse accepted the warranty job. I spoke to the the guy twice yesterday and he assured me he was coming out to service my hot water heater (or replace). He did not show up. I might have been a little understanding if he would have called and explained/apologized. But no call no show. So rude.
Excellent customer service. They are quick to respond to an emergency.
