Got safety inspection done here for a reasonable price ($150 CAD flat, cash). The owner was very friendly despite the place being super busy at the time of visit. He was nice enough to inspect the vehicle thoroughly for ~1.25 hours. He was nice enough to explain that bypassing a small rock chip on the windshield is fine, as it's NOT in the range of the windshield wipe zone (i.e. driver view zone).
