They showed up on time, advised me honestly on the state of my fireplaces/chimney (it was ultimately in decent condition), didn't press a sale, gave me tips and heads-up on certain aspects. So despite them not performing work (they didn't need to), they were honest and didn't invent problems that weren't there. That's much appreciated and it's why I felt the need to review. I'll be calling them in the future for cleaning or repair needs.
Larry and his crew are great to work with. They responded to my request in no time at all. All in all a terrific job well done and on time!
