Michael was amazing, worked with my limitations and got me mobile in a car super quick. Absolute legend.
Service dept does not understand how appointments work. Booked one of several available slots on Saturday morning for oil change and brake diagnostic. At drop off, I was informed that they were backed up and they might not finish until Monday. 4 hours later, they had not even started on my vehicle. Booking an appointment apparently does not guarantee any work will actually get done until they get around to it.
Sales team is great
Dealing with Fury Motors reminded me of how car buying used to be. Not pressure filled. Salesman and staff went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Cannot give them a high enough recommendation.
