I had my jeep serviced here 2 weeks ago! Heather was great, getting the maintenance completed was necessary. No issues with the team. As I was driving off the lot, I noticed a rattle, which was strange but I did just have my tires rotated. I received a follow up message asking about how they did or if I had any concerns. Since my jeep now had a rattle I called and shared my concerns. Alex made the process very easy in the purchase of our Durango and was very knowledgeable.
Purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee in mid October and absolutely love this thing. Still have to try the remote start yet but, loving it. Service was impeccable. I was able to go in and leave in 3 to 4 hours! In the past it took all day. I will definitely come back in the future and recommend Fury!!
