Came down for an oil change everyone is super nice

They were really good to work with and got the job done fast good place to do business with
The dealership is fine but the service department is by far the worst experience I've ever had in my life. After having a recall "fixed" they used zip ties (no joke) to hold the gas line on. About a mile away from the dealership the gas line fell off leaving me stranded. Lucky me they had closed 20 minutes early that day so I had to tow it elsewhere to be fixed at my expense. They told me to screw off and that it was not their responsibility.
Poor customer service and disgruntled employees.
