Terrible service and always denying claims. I will not enroll again. Takes way too long to get reimbursed!
WOW... now I am even more CONFUSED at TERRIBLE customer service @ Further... I have NOW received two conflicting email responses & phone msgs from Further? UNKNOWN -- WHERE EXACTLY are my HSA Funds?
I just called to check on a claim and was greeted by the most friendliest customer service rep. He made starting a Monday wonderful.
The fees are outrageous and they treat customers like trash--they actually don't reply to customer service message--just simply don't reply.
Website is primitive and poorly executed.
Customer service is poor. They treat customers as if they are idiots and when you ask to speak to someone in charge of customer service, no one will speak to you. How do you have a business that deals with customers if you will not talk to customers?
