You can take the puppy out of the mill but you can’t take the mill out of the puppy! This store has a history for non compliant critically failed inspections. In addition, despite the boutique appearance....they 1000% source ALL their puppies from deplorable Puppy Mills who indeed have a history of USDA violations.
