First time booking a grooming for my gorgeous the girl. It was her first ever groom and I was nervous to say the least. Can definitely say I will be booking with Furry Land again!! Heather was super sweet, professional, and answered all my questions. She notified me when she was on her way and provided reassurance of the process. When she was done, she brought my babygirl back and she looked absolutely fabulous.
Never used this service before, what a awful experience. My appointment was a 7:00 with Stephanie, i was informed she was a owner, she had another person with her named Brook. She proceeded to take my cat scrappy, which he was stressed out, because I had to wake him. Fifteen minutes went by, and she text me to come to van. I was told she could not finish him, because he tried to bite her. I wanted her to at least get the pieces off him, that where hanging on, and I told her I would hold him, she refused. Haley was Very courteous and thorough. No short cuts she did everything asked of her and in our grooming package. Our old boy looks fantastic and is napping after an exhausting morning. 😊.
