Tried to get my mom an earlier appt for refills since she's out of meds. Got that done.. THANKS. I asked for a 2 week supply until her appt. This unprofessional lady told me "Ma'am, you can try to convince me all you want about these refills but".... I had to stop her mid sentence cuz who you about to talk to like that?? They need professional people up front and to answer the phones because she almost made me revert to who I use to be!!! And that's not a good look for her!!
