Warm and welcoming the staff were very helpful i was looked after from before my appointment to the end
05/09/2025 was my second time having my car serviced by Furrows Telford, and both times I drove away to immediate warning lights - this year for the exact same problem they were supposed to have fixed during the service. Upon returning 08/09/2025 to get this resolved, I was refused any refund on the faulty labour, and was told the issue had been a mistake of mechanic/s not paying attention, and it could be resolved in 30 minutes. Had to wait for a friend to write this review for me ! E away had my car repaired by the bodyshop here at furrows and they did fantastic job and the staff snd manager were very friendly and kind to me can't fault them thank you so much .
