UPDATE: I want to give Furr Construction credit for how they handled everything after my initial review. My frustration with the condition of the home at closing was real, and I still stand by why I felt the way I did at the time. That said, their team reached out, took ownership of the remaining issues, and brought in the right people to get everything handled correctly.
