I went to the store one night unsure of what I wanted and Shaunda was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about all pieces of furniture. I couldn’t decide by closing time and went back the next day. I was still debating, but finally decided on a cobalt sectional & ottoman. Shaunda was very patient and never rushed us to make a decision. The checkout process was quick and easy. Will definitely be back and I’m sending my friends and family here!! Thank you, Shaunda!

We went looking for a bedroom suite. So many to choose from and great prices. Stephanie was the one that helped us and she was great! She introduced herself when we came in and told us where the bedroom suites were and then she just let us look. Came back a little later and answered all of our questions especially about the mattresses. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend Furniture World!
