They have a great customer service team! The furniture is quality, and the prices are FANTASTIC! They always have specials going on and they actually TRY to give you a great deal! They also have great payment plans! If you're military, DON'T waste time going to the furniture store they have on the seaplane base...(that one is way over-priced, i paid nearly $900 -before taxes- there for a basic full-size bed. I shopped from Longview to Portland for an Ashley couch. The one I waned everyone charged me 1/3 more then the store in Longview. It had to be special ordered. I want to tell you they did a great job. I did not have to call once to see if my couch and chair were in yet. They let me know every other week and even called to tell me there was a longer wait before the Ashley store would deliver it to them

I was very impressed with their reasonable mattress prices, I was able to purchase a quality single mattress and boxspring for $200.00. I found this store to have affordable quality furniture as well as mattress sets

I cannot stress enough how horrible the service is at this store!!! Office Manager Jason will sell you a good song and dance...blame things on waiting for parts...service manager hasn't communicated w/ him to update on what was going on to staff turn over, you name it. Bottom line is I would have rather paid a higher price for my Ashley furniture than to have had to deal w/ these incompetent people!!! My advice...take your business elsewhere, it's just not worth the headache...spend alittle more and you'll be alot happier tr... read more
