Update. Here it is almost a month later and my chair is still broken. The manger in the store will hang up in your face when you arrive sick of hearing lies from them. And dont ever buy the extended warranty. That takes 5 to six months to even get someone out to fix the chair. We did not break the chair, we were told it was factory defects and it is. But they DO NOT honor the we will replace it. 6 months or longer you should have just replaced the chair. People go across the street to buy your furniture. This is not cheap cr... read more

First off, Furniture World sold me the showroom furniture that they put out on display …that ppl sit on damage & etc this furniture is scratched up in the suede I didn’t know they could do this to a patronizing buyer!! I am sooo upset!! Secondly, Kimberly is not professional, she runs ur credit w/o telling u all the info & will laugh & talk like everything is cool, again not explaining things thru & thru as she should, because that’s her job!
