My husband and I went in to Furniture USA for the first time ever and we were greeted by Captain Dan, the salesman. He was informative and personable, and we purchased our furniture within 45 minutes of our visit there! BAMM!! The store from the outside is deceiving! It's huge and they've got a great selection of items to choose from. It was really fun just walking around, and their prices can't be beat! We'll definitely be back for other furniture pieces in the future! Oh, and they give military discounts, too! Nice!

Zero stars!!!! We put a deposit down for a couch. But the couch was going to be too big for the room. We never had the couch ordered. Yes they refunded our money BUT KEPT $100 as a processing fee. Dang, I hope they give my $100 to Shriners!!!
