I don't usually leave reviews but Ashley was so helpful to help me pick out my perfect furniture for my new house!! If you need anything ask for Ashley she's awesome with outstanding service without a doubt!
Horrible Service I bought from them 2 months ago a set of living room and more stuff and the couch was damage and they never answer my message ( they always want just message) to replace it

Went to their location today and although we didn't purchase anything yet, the service was excellent! We were offered drinks upon arrival and the sales person was very helpful and friendly. She allowed us to shop without feeling pressured and we'll definitely be back to purchase soon!

Kevin was awesome to deal with. The whole process went smoothly, and we got everything my wife wanted. Although due to a poor install of the headboard, it has since fallen and caused major damage to our wall and the bed post. The gentleman who showed up today to fix it dropped the headboard face down on our bedroom floor and damaged it further.
Furniture Town is the place to buy furniture! They have great quality products, and the best customer service I've experienced. Ashley was so sweet, even when we kept her past closing. This place is wonderful! Ashley and Kevin went out of their way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. They even stayed open a hour late while we shopped! They have the best prices as well! We've shopped slot of places and could not beat these prices or the quality of furniture!
