My experience was great! I found them on Facebook and decided to check them out. I was approved for financing and received a phone call from Sandy. She was very helpful from the start. I made it to the show room, looked around with Sandy and picked out my bedroom set. Did my paperwork and was told it would be delivered in 7-10 business days. We went last week and spent a a lot of money on furniture. They told us we will have our furniture in 7 business days. When I called to ask what was the status n our order 3 days after the day promised and trying to put more furniture in our order . Ashley was rude and no way in the mood to help us , Very lazy customer service was horrible... Good thing we found image store on 1960 the owner was helping us quality of furniture was 1000 X better and we got part of our furniture the same day.

The manager was very rude and horrible customer service!
Bought a bedroom set and a dining room set when the delivery guy arrived to my house he had a rude attitude and he even scratched the corners of my dining room set. I called the manager by the name Kevin and even went to the store to talk to him personally when we arrived he approached me with a mad attitude because I wanted to change the dining room set the delivery guy scratched for another one eventough I wanted one of taller size and was willing to pay the difference.
