Friendly sells people, weren’t pushy and had financing available.
The sales kid, Brad hounded us from the minute we walked in. He did have good knowledge of the product and quoted us a fare price. We went home and slept on it and I came back the next morning to buy a sectional couch. He then gave me a new price that was over $1500 more than he quoted me. He said he didn’t add it up right. I drove 45 mins to waste my time. So I went half a block down to Cascade furniture and their selection was great and the prices were half of furniture shack! So I bought a new couch from them instead.
Bought a beautiful leather sofa and matching love seat, excellent quality and super nice employees. Went back several months later and purchased the matching chairs. Again, super nice and helpful employees in the store. Helped us load up and get on our way. Highly recommend.
The atmosphere was kinda laid back, and the showroom was interesting , modern rustic .People were friendly and helpful
Spent almost 900.00 on a small Sectional in March 2024... not quit a year. The salesmen really pushed this Particular sectional. Thi coach is caved in in less then a year... I got rid of a couch that was 10yrs. Old and it was structurally in better condition, what a poor experience.
