Horrible experience! Waited a week to be given the wrong furniture. Was told they reordered the correct piece again, only for them another week later say the item we purchased was discontinued. Only thing they offered for our inconvenience was $100 discount on their damaged floor model. The person over the phone was particularly disrespectful when trying to resolve this; cussing, and making various sexist or Semi-Threatening comments. Professing "what a man he was." I would not recommend this business to anyone
Bought furniture there
I was looking for a chair and couldn’t find what I was looking for. My dad said to try here. I went in and there was a huge selection. I was able to walk around without the high pressure of being sold. They let me do my thing. When I was approached it was in a very non pressure way. I went around like three times looking for chairs. The person who was there was super nice, laid back in a good way and knowledgeable. I was shown some great options and there was zero pressure to buy.
