Avoid this store at all costs. These guys don't know their products, lied about their policies, and tried to intimidate us when we complained about getting the wrong order. We spent several hours at the store comparing couches and speaking with the salesperson. We ordered a reclining LazyBoy couch, and I asked the salesperson to order it like the one display model with 4 separate buttons on the remote to separate the head support, back support, reclining, and leg elevation.
