James Cushwa took such good care of my friend and I helping me select new furniture for my two bedroom remodel . He was patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He did not try to "sell" me in a pushy way whatsoever. The service was outstanding. He spent hours helping me. I will purchase any future furniture from him and Furniture Row. I am remodeling an entire house and he will be my go to person!
Walked in was greeted told the gentleman I was looking for a recliner he was very helpful and very friendly I bought the chair I’m gonna love it ! I will shop there again for sure.

Sales associate was nice. She was having trouble printing which was not her fault. Most items were not in stock and you have to wait 3 weeks for delivery
