After speaking with the Regional Manager, we were able to come to terms which will work for me. I still haven't received the entertainment center but should be delivered and set up once the quarantine is lifted.

I ordered an entertainment center from Furniture Row, Joplin, MO; on 1/20/20 with a promised delivery date of 4-5 weeks. The first time I called, after 6 weeks, I was told they had only received two pieces out of the four - not sure what happened but they would check and get back with me. Never did - I had to call. They were supposed to deliver it two weeks after that but the delivery guy called at the time it should have been delivered, and asked if someone from store had called me as they didn't have the hardware and could... read more
