Customer service in the store is great. The price of my couch was great. The delivery guys were quick and polite and got the job done. I feel I cannot give 5 stars because it took 2 months from purchasing my couch to it being delivered. I also wish there was a way you could get deliveries outside of Billings on the weekend.
I'd like to thank Alex, she was such a joy to work with. She also knew her info. Thank you. BUT.... Now we have had it home and we hate it. It does NOT feel like the furniture we sat on at the store. Our furniture it hard and unforgiving. It seems like EVERYTHING we buy at this store is not what you but from the store you sample. We bought a bed and it's like terrible. UGH! I WILL NOT BE BACK.
