I've had my sofa/ loveseat for about 3 years now and I still love it! I purchased a set from them, that upon delivery seamed much different than it did in their store. I was really unhappy and their customer service rep went above and beyond to help me find a set I would love! They swapped the set out and I've been soooo happy ever since! I haven't needed any other furniture but if I do Furniture Queen will be my absolute first stop! Their prices are great to boot!
Employees were friendly cordial and knowledgeable.. We were not absconded as soon as we walked through the front door, instead it was a “hello” and a smile and they let us look around..We found what we were looking for at a reasonable price and they were efficient at getting us through the purchase process..

moved into an apt with nothing ,visited furniture queen. they have good prices. very nice and attentive staff. I left with a couch a full bedroom set and will be going back for another bedroom set when I am done paying this off in less than 2 months. all over satisfied and would recommend.
Furniture Queen was my go-to for almost all of my furniture when I moved to Houston! The staff were sweet and very helpful. They made the process easier. The delivery and installation helped so much with the move! Quality furniture for a great price!
