Rude owner. Unprofessional. Talks to employees rudely in front of customers. Will give you a date that your furniture will come in but keeps pushing it back. Not very honest, I’ve been waiting for a call about my king foundation since March and it’s now June and I still haven’t heard back. This place is very friendly and helpful for you.
Bad business. They don't tell you all the details up front just so they can keep your money. I paid money on a table and I no longer wanted. I went up there for a refund but he told me no refunds. There were two instances where information was not given to me up front and they faulted me for it. Not once did they tell me that the money I pay on the table was non refundable at any point in time. Otherwise, I wouldn't have paid money on it. Definitely ask for all the details on paper!
I bought a defective piece of furniture and their only solution was to pay them more money to put it together since they don’t give refunds. Their furniture is already cheaply made and they don’t try to fix their problems. This was definitely a lesson to avoid low budget furniture stores.
