Customer service really shit. 5 people standing at the computers talking to eachother and not asking anyone if they need help. Won't waste time here again and also drove an hour to see the range. Waste of my time!
We bought a couch here a couple weeks ago and super happy with it although unfortunately the customer service just wasn’t it. It almost made me not want to buy it, they just weren’t very friendly and not helpful, it felt like we were bothering them to ask a question so not the most positive experience unfortunately

I could not be more unhappy with Furniture Outlet Dandenong. I spent $3,599 on a leather L-shaped couch, and within just 6 months one of the seats sank in so badly it’s almost unusable. For the price I paid, the quality is absolutely shocking. What makes this worse is the service. When I contacted them, instead of taking responsibility they brushed me off with “no warranty” and refused to do anything about it.
