Had a bit of a selection but there is zero customer service as the staff just sit at the desk and make jokes to each other. Couches are pretty poor quality so if you can afford a little more definitely go somewhere else.

They sell all factory seconds damaged, at shop they will say if u buy packed items, i mean in the box, then if damaged, will replace. That is a hook, once deleivered, if u find damage, if u call the customer service is the worst, they dont keep up the words and wont replace. Buyers beware of the o Dandenong shop. Between march first week and 16/03/2026 , multiple calls and email to check the defect product, no respinse/!!!
