Horrible customer service here. I had an issue with a damaged item I had delivered and the staff got defensive straight away, were not apologetic at all and just blamed it on the delivery company. Offered no compensation for us having to go out of our way to bring the item back ourselves and the only solution they gave us was to take the floor stock at full price because it’s still ‘brand new’. Not a good experience.
we bought couches from them and after less than two months the fabric is totally ruined and teared. this is not fair. they shouldnt sell some thing which is really low quality.
Poor quality, we bought these two sofas 2 month ago from here and now whole fabric start fraying at the seam after a short time, it is not just a point, all along seam. We paid $3000 for these poor quality sofas. They have to be responsible about this issue for the things they selling to people and asking too much. WON'T RECOMMEND
