The Pleasanton and Vallejo stores are completely lousy and dreadful. We paid 1900 dollars for our furniture with a warranty. When a screw came off of the furniture and it was lopsided we requested we get either the furniture fixed or a new piece of the same furniture which is what the previously mentioned warranty was for. They suggested we contact the distribution company ourselves and said the didn’t want to contact it themselves. I purchased a beautiful queen bedroom set (bed frame, headboard, two nightstands, chest and mirror) and a bar stool set with four stools. The overall price was about what I'd expect at any top notch store so it didn't seem like an 'outlet' price but still on par for what I'd expect to pay at any store.
