Bad customer service!!!! Horrible communication skills. I ordered a dresser, which is a great product, I am happy about the item I purchased. They said I would be able to pick it up in one week. When I called the following week, it was not in. This happened again for two more weeks. Finally, I called Friday. They said it was in, and that they were just unloading it from the truck.
