This is a fantastic operation. Having purchased furniture and decor dating back to the Cole Road location, left me surprised that’s anyone has had less than a five star experience. The local owner and team are available to find the best furniture. The team is professional, prompt, local and honor their commitments. I’d rather go here than any other option.
Way overpriced
We purchased our sectional sofa in 2019. At the time of purchase it came with a lifetime warranty. I honestly didn’t believe that the warranty was real and recently came to realize that I was correct. The frame of the sofa broke about 2 months ago. After contacting the store they verified that I did have a lifetime warranty. I have emailed back and forth with the a representative over the last couple months, which has never given me a definitive time frame to have the sofa repaired or replaced. Disappointing experience. We recently moved and quickly needed a couch, we bought a floor model which we recieved no floor model discount on, the couch cushion sunk in within months, we purchased the warranty for 5 years of cleaning (we have a dog and a new baby), when we called the store to have it cleaned, they sent us to some third party who is sending out cleaning solution and a rag.
