Mr. Moore was unprepared for the job he estimated- repair the legs on a antique china cabinet. First claimed to be 'done' when the 2nd leg clearly had same problem. He grew angry saying he didn't realize it was both requiring 2nd trip. During 2nd trip he was again ugly when I refused to accept shoddy craftsmanship.
