Lacks in customer service by far. I purchased a dining set and bedroom set - I was told my delivery was on Friday. I received a phone call Monday telling me that my furniture would not make it Today since the truck broke down even though my delivery was scheduled for Friday. This tells you how good their communication is within the company - there isnt any. Friday comes along, no phone call the night before or the morning of to notify me of the delivery.
