Same issue as the previous buyer. I received the wrong mattress, and their customer service keeps going back and forth, saying they never got my emails. Product is fine, though customer service experience is not quite good.
Worst products, and once they have your money they are done and you are trapped. I am waiting if they fix it and give the full refund as I have returned the product. Otherwise I will file a complaint on : Consumer Protection Ontario Better business bureau Competition Bureau Others can do the same
