I've travelled all the way from hampton park on two separate occasions for the best quality furniture and un matchable prices. I visited alot of stores in the south east and nothing compared. A big thank you to Ava and her team for fantastic customer service. I highly recommend this place!
just purchased my dream couch from here. went to around 13 different stores throughout melbourne and this place is far and away the best. service wise, price wise everything. the team is super informative and kind, also don’t just try to get you to buy the most expensive item they care about your situation and want to help in any possible way. one of the best retail experiences i have had yet well done!
Ava was the friendliest and most understanding person we have ever encountered when shopping for furniture. The team were very flexible with payment options and pick up, and kept in contact with us through the whole journey. Even surprised us with a thoughtful gift when we came to collect our gorgeous new bed. We will definitely be coming back for all our furniture upgrades to Furniture & Mattress Depot.
