Sorry but quality of furniture is poor. Cheap materials used & bought a book case no one told me it requires 2 assemble it . During final assembly it fell apart tried to repair it but too badly damaged so went to Bunnings bout pine panels made one using the damaged ones mearsments turned out stronger & more sturdy cost cheaper than one I bought.
Went into Furniture and Mattress Depot in Melton today I was after a replacement cable for my recliner, the couple there couldn't do enough to help me out. The owner there spent over an hour with me calling one place after another to find a matching cable for me. The other furniture place in Melton where I had originally bought the lounge suite sold me the wrong size cable then said there's nothing more we can do for you! so thankyou Melton Furniture and Mattress Depot for all your help.
I've travelled all the way from hampton park on two separate occasions for the best quality furniture and un matchable prices. I visited alot of stores in the south east and nothing compared. A big thank you to Ava and her team for fantastic customer service. I highly recommend this place!
just purchased my dream couch from here. went to around 13 different stores throughout melbourne and this place is far and away the best. service wise, price wise everything. the team is super informative and kind, also don’t just try to get you to buy the most expensive item they care about your situation and want to help in any possible way. one of the best retail experiences i have had yet well done!
