I frequently shop here but the staff… eh.. some are ok.. but today a gentleman was very short with me in the phone and was not helpful. I am not a fan of that when I’m asking simple questions on if you have something Im looking for, and not giving me a answer other then “i have over 2000 pillows here”. (Yet the question was only if they had a color nothing more) maybe customer service should be a priority?! I wasn’t impressed.
