We ordered a beautiful table in the clearance section. I understand it's an as is sale, but we also got an extended warranty on it. When they delivered it the leaf had 3 large very noticeable gouges in it. The delivery guys said it was in the warehouse that way, and to call my salesman. Called the salesman and he passed me onto customer services. They said they'd have to send me a new table because they don't just replace the leaf. the lack of customer service I have received is disappointing. I purchased my items on March 26th. I was told it would be delivered March 31th. I called March 30th to see what time I would receive my items. nobody had called to advise us that we would not be receiving our items . We went in to get it correct and was told I would receive my items on Tuesday April 5th. I did not receive any calls about my order so I called and they advised me my items were not in. I can't say enough about what terrible furniture this is. I have tried to get customer service help and the result was even worse than the furniture. Please don't buy from this store. Go to a goodwill and get better quality.

Worst experience ever! First they don't respect their working hours. the shop opens and closes any time without any notice or sign during the working hours. to confirm this also was when i bought a dinning table and as the sign says they close at 7:00pm so i went to rent a truck and on the way at 4:30pm the lady called me saying she needs to close at 5 and i should be there to pickup the table before that! We were very displeased and frustrated with the service from SD furniture mart and we will not be going back to purchase anything from them again. We ordered a bedroom set during Black Friday sale and were billed a couple days after. The bedroom set was on clearance but we were told they had everything in stock to ship the product to us. I bought a TV stand and paid them $5 to assemble it. I got it home and unpacked it and it was scraped all along one side, and the drawer was very crooked. I took it back and had to deal with a very rude man in their sales department who kept trying to put the blame on me just because I'm young. He said it comes assembled from the factory, so it not their fault. So now I was wrongfully charged an assembly fee. Eventually I had to tell this man to be quiet and leave me alone.
