From the time I walked into the front door, through buying a loveseat that will be custom covered, I was treated with respect and attention. This was my first visit, and I could not be more pleased. The gentleman at the front door gave me a warm greeting, and explained the philosophy of the store and history. I was met by Arrol "Butch" Howze, the salesman, and he was knowledgeable as well as helpful. Most importantly, he was not pushy.
