I’ve been trying to get replacement straps for my lounge chairs for over a month. I got the pricing immediately, but not I’m waiting for shipping cost. I’ve been waiting over a month and I keep getting excuses like the company is moving, air conditioning stopped working, they’re too busy, they will check on shipping Monday. Etc. Now they won’t even respond back to emails. Terrible customer service.
