I ordered a couch and it could not be delivered, they do not offer refund even for non delivered items. Do not recommend nor will ever go back at this store.
The first time my fiancé and I had purchased a sofa from Millie, it was a great experience. We purchased another sofa from Millie on Nov. 24th for my parents. If you don’t want to deal with lack of communication, organization, and customer service, I would suggest you to take your business elsewhere. We had a great experience the first time (15 months ago) HOWEVER, things took a quick turn when we went back. The shop timings were till 6 pm, we went here just now at 5.35 pm and the sales girl was rude and said they were closing and started switching off the lights
Last time I visited this store, I saw a white dining chair that was very lightweight, which left a deep impression on me. I really liked it. The price was around 200 at the time, but I thought it was a bit expensive and decided to wait for the Christmas sale. Today, I went back to the store and saw that the original price had been changed to 398, with a discounted price of 198.
