I bought a couch on December 19 and did not get it until January 3. When it was delivered they took out my hydro power line and left me with no power to my house in the winter. When I reached out to the company via email the only contact method; they didn’t even bother to respond. The couch is okay. Customer Service & Experience; Awful.
The store is gone, there's a Spirit of Halloween in the space, yet they've still got an active website that suggests they still take orders. Two other big red flags: 1) Phone # has a voice mail box that isn't set up, and 2) the email address is Hotmail (for a business? In 2025? Really?)
Do not order anything from this place. No response from them from past 9 months. They will steal your money and will run away. I recently heard from someone they have now closed their business in whitby, but they have another location in Brampton. Do not shop there as well.
***WARNING WARNING SCAM ARTISTS*** I had put a deposit down on a Sectional couch just before they had said they were suppose to go Under Renovations which i knew and should have clued it that it was a lie... I was suppose to pay the balance on delivery... Since ordering it no communication via phone or email and have tried numerous of times. This company just seems to be a bunch of scam artists.
Went to their store to find a new item of furniture and found the store was closed and empty. Google should list this store as permanently closed.
