Very impressed with the Dallas custom made sofa I ordered from Sydney Furniture Factory. I supported this furniture factory because it is local Australian made, I am glad I did. Superb quality, finish and so very comfortable! The sofa I got was way more value than the price I paid, you will pay double from other stores. It took about 8 weeks to make, but it is worth the wait. Thank you SFF.

Although we didn't actually purchase anything yet, we experienced lovely customer service and they had a good range of furniture available to try out prior to purchase, including cinema type seating with cup holders and decent lumbar support.

Beware of such a terrible furniture store. don't go anywhere near it. I bought a dinning table from this store. I was told it was a brand new unit. as soon as I paid for it, I noticed one of the main frame holding the leg was cracked. the table was still within the store. I did not want to proceed with the purchase of such cracked furniture so I requested a refund within 2 minutes of paying. the guy on the store said he is unable to refund and need to contact their head office and my money would be 100% refunded the next day... read more
