Outlet (uasually) means outlet prices I just love this store. They are very helpful and when we needed to replace our two twin XL mattresses for our king size adjustable bed, we were quoted 1000. and more for each at most mattress stores, I got them here for 288. each! Yes, they did have to order them in from the factory in Alabama but this was a special purchase item anyone would of had to order it in.
Dissatified I bought furniture from Furniture Factory Outlet in April 07. I spent $5000.00 on my dining room and living room.Granted it is 3 years old I When it was delivered dining room table was damaged The reclining sofa had nails sticking up on the foot rest One chair had torn covers. Everthing was replaced.The second sofa still had the nails so the repair man came out and fixed the foot rest. Now my sofa has little fuzz balls and one cushion is sagging. They sent some one out to shave the sofa and I told him about the c... read more
Prices for every budget This location is actually owed by the person who owns the Bassett in Gulfport, MS. They have beautiful furniture that doesnt cost a fortune. You can find furniture for every budget. Unfortunately they dont keep the furniture in stock as it has to be ordered. Despite that , it doesnt take a long time and because your not spending an arm and a leg, I find it acceptable. The store itself is very clean and the furniture models on display are set up in such a way that it's very appealing. I bought my couch... read more
Beware of the term "Outlet" We purchase an Ashley brand sofa and loveseat at the first of the year. Since we were new to the area, we didn't know there was actually an Ashley furniture store not far from here. We went to browse at Ashley and found that we could get a sofa and love seat $100 cheaper per piece. We immediately called see what we had to do to cancel the order at the Furniture Factory Outlet only to get the run-around for weeks from the salesman and all of the managers.
