Had an issue with my mattress and it was shaky at first but they helped us get the problem resolved and really followed through for us.
I purchased a warranty on my sectional couch and have been waiting 9 months to receive a new part to allow the couch to recline. I have been very patient, however the lack of communication has been upsetting to say the least considering how much the warranty was. If you are looking to spend your money here, I would recommend going elsewhere.
Disappointed in the service. Can’t get ahold of the warranty department 16 months into a supposed 15 year warranty. Been trying for over a month now. I’ll probably just buy a different mattress but probably online. The local “service promise” failed to deliver again unfortunately.
