Absolutely awful experience. We walked in genuinely interested in buying a sofa, but the man in the store yelled at us for asking basic questions. He was aggressive, rude, and completely unprofessional. When we asked if he could call someone else—maybe his boss—he flat-out refused and claimed he was “just the delivery guy.” Why someone with that attitude is even representing a store is beyond me. I'm a repeat customer of the Furniture Emporium. I like the mattress (which has the ideal level of firmness) and made sure to buy the exact same one for my new home. This store is a small business owned by two brothers, and they work with local distributors. They were able to expedite my order (while the IKEA near my home could take weeks) and deliver the product promptly.
